Individual Psychotherapy

Short-Term Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (STPP), is a time-limited therapy (28 sessions) that helps increase awareness of emotional patterns and how past relationships shape how we relate to ourselves and others today.

Learn to meditate walking with your eyes open, so you can find calm in any envrionment
